Highline Emergency Communication Want to Join an EMCOMM Communications Team? Each city within the Highline Radio Club's service area may at their own discretion develop and manage an Emergency Communications Team. The Highline Amateur Radio Club supports emergency services by sponsoring links to various teams. Emergency Communications or EMCOMM teams work with fire and police departments. Other organizations that may benefit include hospitals, school districts, public utilities and local governments plus non-governmental organizations as the Red Cross.
